What’s in a name?

Orono Artsapalooza has now become STILLWATER Artsapalooza!  The goal of Stillwater Community Arts is to promote, sustain, and cultivate the arts in the greater Orono-Old Town area and so in keeping with that spirit it made sense to change the name of our first kick off event to a bit of a more geographically inclusive name, so Stillwater Artspalooza it is, and you never know, maybe it will become a rotating annual festival, and take place in downtown Old Town next year!

In other exciting news we have two new sponsors for Stillwater Artsapalooza: Harvest Moon and Fiberphilia, and a three new artists: Nancy Prisk, Nestor Gonzalez, and Molly Webster!

So mark your calendars for Stillwater Artsapalooza on June 25, 2011 in downtown Orono from 6:00p.m.-10:00p.m.!  It’s going to be a FABULOUS time!!
